The Check-In and overall support was also very good even though we arrived later than we planned.

It's a perfect base to explore the beautiful Harz area. We would definitely come here again and would (and will) very much recommend it to others.

The Sauna is I think is a brilliant idea as it's more intimate.The the hotel has food and drink available in the lounge area to have and pay later. I found myself hungry late at night so that's a great idea.
